Refund Policy

A deposit of the selected payment option is required at the time of registration. The full training course registration fee is required to be paid in full 2 days before the class start date. All refunds are subject to a processing fee. All fees paid are non-refundable at 7 days before the originally scheduled class start date. Classes canceled within 7 days or subject to $50 deposit withheld or 25% of class fee 

Within 14-days of the course start date if a course cancelation is required due to severe weather, “Act of God” or other reason outside of the control of Cassandra Security Solutions LLC,  course credit or refunds will be offered at the discretion of Cassandra Security Solutions.
